So that’s a big stretch from something you would get from an info USA, lead genie, or investor leads.com there is no proof of this person being vetted. This person was never asked the definition of an accredited investor, the person was never asked if they have any money and the person certainly was never sending a private place for memorandum.

I got a much much better lead that’s the same thing we sell for 50 cents, but it’s two years older it’s a firm that went out of business. We’ve got over a million of his names and like a bottle of wine, they have gotten better with time. Some people are just into cheapy leads that’s how they think and we have them and they’re called the village bike.

Hi everybody, my name is John Fischer, le’s talk about Accredited Investor Leads, that’s what I want to talk about. What’s an accredited investor lead? A lead is the name, address and the phone number with an ‘s’ it’s plural and an accredited investor is someone that makes two hundred thousand a year for the last two years or, $300,000 combined income, him and his wife or significant other. Million net worth not including their home, experience in managing their personal portfolio.

We’d taken a step further, our leads come from broker dealers that have been surveyed, they’ve been vetted, they actually read the definition of accredited investor, the guy says yes, and then they ask him, hey is 25 – 50,000 a comfortable entry level, and they say yes, otherwise they don’t send him a private placement memorandum, which they all have gotten private placement memorandums. So, that’s what makes these leads so good. They weren’t surveyed by some yahoo in the Philippines or some $10 an hour guy, who wouldn’t know an accredited investor if he bit him.

I don’t believe in those types of leads. There used to be a company out in California, FNIN. They were notorious for taking paper and saying yes, ‘I’m going to do it’, but when you came back and closed them, they never closed and I am just telling you, the broker-dealer, the brokers’ got skin in the game. He’s looking to make his 10% commission and that’s the kind of paper you want, a guy that really, really is hoping that when he calls he’s got [inaudible 01:27], he’s going to be able to close them.

I sell for a buck a piece, $1,000 minimum, disconnects wrong numbers 2 for 1 replacement. If you want a discount, you have got to buy 5,000 at 50c a piece, 5,000 leads, 1,000 each of 5 different files. A file represents the brokerage firm that I bought them from. I won’t tell you who. They’ll have names like PP Crema gold, silver, platinum, whatever. That way you get to buy 5 different files with the five thousand package and figure out where the sweet spot is, where your sales people are coming back and say hey, order more of these, we’re getting a lot of action on these. I like diversity, I’m an ex-commodity broker.
